Corporate Excellence & Human Capital Division
The Corporate Excellence Management (CEM) Division was established on 9 January 2023 following STIDC's organizational chart restructuring. It comprises three sections namely:-

■ | This section is responsible to enhance Corporate Quality & Best Practices implementation in STIDC. Its main focus is on the implementation of all quality initiatives namely Key Focus Activities (KFA), Kumpulan Inovatif & Kreatif (KIK), Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA), Lean Management, myPortfolio, SOP for endorsement, MS ISO 9001:2015, participation in State Civil Service Awards and matters pertaining to Corporate Clients Charter. | |
■ | This section is responsible for Corporate Strategic Planning implementation & monitoring, Balanced Scorecard implementation and monitoring, and Succession Planning. Apart from that, this division is also tasked to identify STIDC’s projects/initiatives that can be highlighted to portray the corporate excellence management of STIDC. | |
■ | On the other hand, under the Succession Planning exercise, the role is to strengthen the organization’s overall capability by identifying critical positions and key successors, identifying key competencies and skills necessary for business continuity, and focusing development of a talent pool to meet future needs. | |
