Responsible to coordinate research and development activities.
Our focus is on the utilisation of species from forest plantation and Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) to produce high value-added products in Sarawak.
In addition, STIDC collaborates smart partnership with the institutes of higher learning, research institutes and relevant timber industries in Malaysia and other foreign countries.
